Join meeting
When you are invited to participate to an online meeting, you receive an email with information about the meeting. This email contains a link to connect to the meeting as well as the Meeting ID.
1 Join the meeting
To join the meeting you can either click on the link provided in the email:
or you can go to ISO Zoom homepage ( https://iso.zoom.us), click on JOIN A MEETING and enter the meeting ID provided in the email.
2 Enter your name and click on join
The name you enter will be displayed in the participant list. Please ensure you provide your full name as well as your organization so the person organizing the meeting can recognize you.
3 Choose how to connect to Zoom
Option 1: open the desktop application
To use the desktop application, you first need to download zoom to your device
Option 2: Download and run zoom
Please note
You will only need to download zoom while joining your first meeting. Then the meeting will launch automatically
Option 3: Join from your browser
Click on join from your browser if you do not wish or cannot download/run the application. Zoom will run in a secured environment)
Connect to audio
You can connect to a Zoom meeting by computer audio, phone callback or phone dial-in (toll & toll-free numbers)
Join audio by computer audio (recommended)
Please note
You can select computer audio as your default audio connection type
Join audio by phone callback
Select the option Call Me and enter your phone number, including country code.
Join audio by Phone Dial-in Call
Select the option Phone Call. Choose your country and dial the displayed number on your phone. You will be asked to then enter your Meeting ID followed by # and your Participant ID followed by #.
