1 Click on the ballot reference to open the ballot information
2 Click on Cast vote
3 Provide answers and click on Cast vote

If you answer Yes with comments, you will need to attached a comment file containing your NSB comments on the document.
Download commenting template
From the Tools menu, select Commenting template:
On the next window, click on the ISO Commenting template line:
