Update project timeframe
The project timeframe can be change to 18 months, 24 months, 36 months, or 48 months. If the project’s timeframe is decreased, the update is applied immediately. If it is increased an email is sent to the TPM for approval.
In order to change a project’s timeframe, the project must be active and not published nor cancelled. Projects registered as Fast-Track are registered with a default timeframe of 18 months and cannot be changed.
You can update the timeframe for a project directly from the Project details page:
1 Click on the edit icon next to the timeframe
2 Select the appropriate timeframe and click the save icon
Warning
Increase of timeframe generates an email to ISOCS. That means this change needs a manual intervention from ISOCS after being validated by ISOCS.
