Permission levels in Meetings application

Permission levels: All users of the Meetings application

Users are registered in the Global Directory (GD). Depending on the role assigned in the GD and the committee (international, regional, or national), the following permissions will be granted in the Meetings application.

Permission levels for International committees' meetings (ISO)

The figure below provides an overview of the roles and permissions with respect to ISO meetings

Meeting Coordinator (MC) Individual(s) at the NSB hosting the meeting who is informed when a new meeting is created in their country. Individual at the NSB who has access to the participant details report for meetings taking place in their country. Function of the organization role "Employee of Organization"
  • Download participant details report for meeting taking place in his/her country
Meeting Participant Approver (MPA) For TC and SC meetings ONLY: Individual representing an ISO Member or an IO/committee in liaison who can register participants for its delegation/liaison Committee role "Meeting Participant Approver" or Representatives of organizations/committee in liaison with TC/SC
  • View attendance and participation to meeting
  • Assign Head of Delegation
  • Disapprove a registration
  • Download reports
  • Register a participant to and unregister from session(s)
  • Register a participant/guest to social event

Meeting Participant Approver (MPA) Individual appointed by the NSB or a national organization to register their delegations to national committee meetings.
