Export document in Word or HTML

Export document in Word (DOCX) or HTML

1 Go to TOOLS and select the format to be downloaded

To download/export a Word (DOCX) or HTML version of the online document, go to TOOLS, Other actions and select Preview. The download is available at all project stages.

2 Click on the pop-up or download button of your browser

A pop-up is display once your document is ready for download. Click on the pop-up message or on the download button of your browser

Please note

If certain clauses in the document are locked, they will not be updated with the latest changes in the exports. As a result, the exported version may not reflect the most recent modifications to those locked clauses. To ensure you are working with the latest content, unlock all clauses before exporting.

3 For WORD document only, update the table of content

The table of content is not update automatically. To actualize the page number, click on Update Table.
