Hiding the outline

You can hide the outline by clicking on the double arrow on the top of the outline

Tools tab

The TOOLS tab offers different ways of viewing your document. You can also which one and off the comments, content quality module and document track change.

Wide screen mode

The wide screen mode enables to visualize your document without clause break. This will give you a better impression of how your document will look like.

Commenting mode

Commenting mode is enabled by default for commenters. Leaders and Authors can switch between default view/edit mode and commenting mode.

The commenting mode has limited features as follow:

  • Document available in read only mode
  • Wide screen view mode activated by default
  • Simplified navigation panel 

Activate / deactivate comments, track changes and content quality check

Comments, track changes and content quality check are deactivate by default. To activate the module, go to Tools or simply use the compact toolbar:
