In the Document History module, you will be able to search and view previous saved versions of the document.

Save a version of the document

To save a version of the document at a specific date and time, go to Tools, Other actions, and select Create Milestone. A version of the document will be saved with the date and time at which you created the version.

Compare the current document with a past version

From the Document History module, select the past version of the document you would like to use to compare it with your current document. In the Since date tab, use the calendar on the right or use the date range fields to find the past version of your interest. Click on the version and Apply date

Compare two versions from the past

To compare two versions from the past, select Date range. The first version you select (on the left panel) should be older than the second version (on the right panel). In the example below, we are comparing two versions of the document taken on the same date but at different time.

Once you have selected the versions to be compared, click on Apply date.
