All closed meetings attendance type For the selected meeting start date range, this is a count of the number of distinct ISO committee/WG meetings of status closed, excluding governance meetings, and where the NSB was in the committee either as P-member or O-member.
Single day or multi day meetings are still counted as one meeting.
Attendance type is aligned to ISO meetings namely, Missed, Attended, No-show, Pending.
All closed P-membership meetings – attendance type For the selected meeting date range, this is a count of the number of ISO meetings, at status closed, at the committee level (main committee, sub-committee, and working group) where the NSB was either a P-member or O-member.
Single day or multi day meetings are still counted as one meeting.
Missed P-membership meeting per committee type For the selected meeting date range, this is a count of the number of meetings at committee level (main committee, sub-committee, working group) where the NSB was a P-member, and the NSB does not have any participant with meeting attendance status "Attended".
Total P-membership meeting attendance per committee type For the selected meeting date range, this is a count of the number of meetings at committee level (main committee, sub-committee, working group) where the NSB is a p-member and has at least 1 participant with the meeting attendance status "attended".
Total P-membership meeting attendance per attendance type For the selected meeting date range, this is a count of the number of meetings at committee level (main committee, sub-committee, working group), grouped by meeting type (hybrid, face-to-face, virtual), where the NSB is a p-member and at least 1 participant has the meeting status "attended".
Metrics
All closed meetings For the selected date range, this is a count of all meetings at status closed, where the NSB is a P-member or O-member on the committee.
P-membership closed meetings For the selected date range, this is a count of all meetings at status closed, where the NSB is a P-member on the committee.
Attended P-membership closed meeting For the selected date range, this is a count of all meetings at status closed, where the NSB is a P-member on the committee and at least 1 participant representing the NSB attended.
Missed P-membership closed meeting For the selected date range, this is a count of all meetings at status closed, where the NSB is a P-member on the committee and no participant for the NSB had the status attended.
Distinct participants attending meetings For the selected date range, this is a count of people who have represented the NSB on meetings, where the NSB is a p-member and the participant has a meeting attendance status 'Attended'.
Total attendees to meetings: for the selected date range, this is a count of people within meetings, who have represented the NSB on meetings, where the NSB is a p-member and the participant has a meeting attendance status 'attended'. For example if 1 person attended 10 meetings, this is counted as 10.

Participation to meetings as P-member For the selected date range, this is a line chart, with each line showing the meeting committee level (main committee, subcommittee, working group) where the NSB is a p-member. This shows a percentage of attendance and calculated as: meeting attended divided by total meetings. The x-axis represents the timeline of the meeting.
Attendance to meetings at p-members by TC sector For the selected date range, this is a bar chart, with each bar representing the committee sector, within which the NSB is a p-member. Attendance percentage is calculated as: meeting attended divided by total meetings, grouped by TC sector.
Meeting attendees as P-member (Sankey chart) For the selected date range, this is a count of meetings where the NSB is a P-member and at least 1 participant representing the NSB attended the meeting.
This shows a relationship between meeting types (face to face, hybrid, virtual), committee meeting levels (main committee, sub-committee, working group) and participant role in meetings (delegate, expert). The number values and width of the streams counts the number of meetings that were attended.
