Contact helpdesk and search knowledge base from the ISO Companion

Search the knowledge base

Please note

The ISO Companion is only available for users with ISO roles. CEN and ISOlutions users who want to search the knowledge base can directly click the CEN blue badge or the ISOlutions purple badge with the question mark from the bottom left corner to open directly the knowledge base.

CEN and ISOlutions beacons

  1. Open the ISO Companion.
  2. Click the Search the knowledge base button available from before asking any question, in the menu below your question and in the menu below the answer from the ISO Companion
  3. The ISO Companion collapses and your question is submitted to the helpdesk beacon search

The ISO Companion is only available for users with ISO roles. CEN and ISOlutions users who want to contact the helpdesk team can directly open the CEN blue badge or the ISOlutions purple badge with the question mark from the bottom left corner to open directly the knowledge base and skip step 1.

CEN and ISOlutions beacons

  1. Simply ask the Companion. For example "I want to contact helpdesk" or "contact helpdesk",
  2. In its reply, the ISO Companion will provide the email address but also a button leading to the helpdesk contact form
  3. Click the Contact Helpdesk button
  4. Type in your email address and question
  5. Click the Send your message button
