Contact helpdesk and search knowledge base from the ISO Companion
Starting August 2025, interacting with the helpdesk beacon to search for helpdesk knowledge base articles or contact the helpdesk team is integrated into the ISO Companion experience wherever it is available. This article describes the experience for both users piloting the ISO Companion and users not having access to the companion.
Search the knowledge base
For people piloting the ISO Companion
- Open the ISO Companion.
- Click the Search the knowledge base button available from before asking any question, in the menu below your question and in the menu below the answer from the ISO Companion
- The ISO Companion collapses and your question is submitted to the helpdesk beacon search
For people not having access to the ISO Companion
- Open the ISO Companion teaser message (inviting you to join the pilot group)
- Click the Search the knowledge base button.
Contact helpdesk
- Follow the steps described above to open the helpdesk beacon search
- Click the Ask menu from the top of the beacon
