Manage national project stages

Support teams of National Standards Bodies (NSB) using ISOlutions via the role of Member Body User Administrators (MBUA)

Overview

This page allows support teams to create, update, and delete stages reflecting the national standards development process. These stages become the predefined options available for national secretaries and their support teams to choose from when creating or updating national projects .

Create national project stage

  1. From the left menu, navigate to the Stages page.
  2. Click the + Create button .
  3. Enter Stage Code and Stage description according to format rules.
  4. Click Save.

Update national project stage

  1. From the left menu, navigate to the Stages page.
  2. Click Edit next to the stage.
  3. Modify fields as needed.
  4. Click Save.

Deleting national project stage

  1. From the left menu, navigate to the Stages page.
  2. Next to the stage to be deleted, click Delete.
  3. Confirm the deletion.

Please note

Stages currently used or in the history of projects, cannot be deleted and must first be removed from project history including the current stage.

Change national project stages order

  1. From the left menu, navigate to the Stages page.
  2. Chose a stage, click the left mouse button, hold and drag to the desired position and finally release the mouse button
