Feedback Principles

  • Feedback are requests for improvements and new features related to tools, services, processes and pilot logistics.​
  • Important: Bugs should be reported directly to the national helpdesk and not in the feedback process.​
  • Feedback should represent the overall needs of the organization and not an individual (consistent with approach taken with ISO/IEC joint reference group).​
  • Pilot NSBs are responsible for deciding on the internal feedback process to collect, analyze, consolidate and prioritize feedback within their organizations.​
  • Each pilot NSB must nominate at least one National Feedback Coordinator who will share consolidated national feedback with OSD national project team every month (due at the end of the month).​
  • Share examples! Sample documents and other examples that further elaborate your feedback are encouraged.​
