- Committee Manager (CM), Twinned Committee Manager (Twinned CM), Committee Manager Support Team (CM Support Team) roles refer to technical committees and their sub-committees only.
- Secretary, Twinned Secretary, Secretary/Convenor Support Team roles refer to Working Groups (WG), Policy committees, and Governance committees.
Cast a vote on behalf of someone else
In all Committee Internal (CIB) Ballots, the Committee manager, PC Secretary and their support teams can cast votes or submit comments on behalf of a participant.
1 Open the ballot and click Cast a vote as/Submit Comment as
2 Select the participant on behalf of which you will cast the vote
3 Select the answer to each of the questions in the ballot
4 Click on Cast vote / Submit Comment
