Post-voting decision overview


Only Committee Manager, PC Secretary and their support teams can initiate or resume a decision process.

Please note

  • Committee Manager (CM), Twinned Committee Manager (Twinned CM), Committee Manager Support Team (CM Support Team) roles refer to TCs and SCs only
  • Secretary, Twinned Secretary, Secretary Support Team roles refer to Working Groups (WG), Policy committees, and Governance committees.

Post-voting decision overview

The application's user interface is composed of three components, which are available on every steps of the process:

Summary header

The summary header displays the following information:

  • Project reference (+ link to the project's page on  Project Portal)
  • Committee reference (+ link to the committee's homepage on ISOTC/eCommittees)
  • Ballot reference (+ link to the ballot on Electronic Balloting)
  • Secretariat
  • Committee Manager name (+ link to send him/her an email directly)
  • ISO/CS TPM's name (+ link to send him/her an email directly)
  • Recommended deadline to submit the decision

Progress bar

The progress bar indicates where the user stands withing the decision process:

Contextual menu

Throughout the entire decision process, a menu is displayed on the right side of the screen. This contextual menu is a menu in which the choices presented are automatically modified according to the current context.

Please note

Once the Post-voting decision process is completed and a stage update request has been sent, all the actors having access to the ballot (e.g. voters, commenters) can view information about the submitted decision. Committee members will be able to consult the submitted decision on their committee working area.
