In Advanced search, frequent searches can be saved to save time when looking for a given document type frequently. This article explains how to save advanced searches and access them.
Save search
To save a frequent search,
1 From the left navigation menu, open the advanced search
2 Define your search criteria by selecting filters
3 From the top right, click on the Save as button and give the saved search a name
Access saved search
To access a saved search,
1 From the left navigation menu, open the advanced search
2 From the top left, click on the Search filter menu and select the saved search.
