Voting during a General Assembly

Voting during a virtual or hybrid General Assembly is organized via the ISO Ballots application. Only the registered Heads of delegation of member bodies will have access to the ballots and be able to cast a vote.

Access ballots

At the start of the General Assembly, the ballots for the approval of statutory items are opened. José Baltar, Director of Governance, sends an email (from gov@iso.org) to the Head of delegation of each member body registered to the General Assembly.

You will be prompted for a username and password and if you need assistance to recover your credentials, please refer to this article. If you are unsure of your password, you may also refer to this article.

Please note

If the ballot is not visible to you, you may you may be missing the voter role. If you believe this is a mistake, please contact gov@iso.org for support.

Cast a vote

Once the ballot page open, please read the background information, available in English and in French. To cast your vote, please click on the Cast vote button in the top right section. Select your answer and to finalize your vote click on Cast vote again.
