Data protection

All information about participants provided on ISO meetings is protected under the ISO Member Data Protection Policyand under the Declaration on copyright and data protection for participants in ISO activities

• The ISO Member Data Protection Policy (esp. clause 1) for scenarios where an ISO member enters participant and participant's guest's personal data
• The Declaration on copyright and data protection for participants in ISO activities for scenarios where a participant enters and accesses her/his own data and where officers of the TC and the hosting ISO member access that data (e.g., to issue letters of invitation and coordinate the meeting).
• For information about the participant's guest data, the participant must confirm that the guest consents to the registration and use of their personal data in this meeting management application in accordance with the Declaration on copyright and data protection for participants in ISO activities.
