To increase the security, the process to set your password is now in two steps (you will get two consecutive emails with secured links).
Once your account is created by the User Administrator from your National Standard Body (managing your profile/account), you will receive an email confirming the creation of your account.
The first link in this email will refer you to a page on which you will have to re-enter/confirm your email:
Then, in a second email, you will get the link to the page on which you will set up the password:
