Additional information
Go to the Additional Information tab. Here you can add any relevant information about the meeting that you would like to share with the participants. Once you have enter the information click on Apply
Please note
- The Additional information section is displayed in "read only" mode in the Overview tab to all users logged in to the meetings platform with an ISO user account. Therefore please refrain from entering information in this section that should be restricted to only users
Additional virtual meeting details
For Hybrid and/or Virtual meetings, it is possible to specify additional virtual meeting details such as the meeting URL to join from PC, dial-in phone numbers from various countries, skype link, etc.
- While creating the meeting, in the step for entering location details:
- Enter the details manually in Additional virtual meeting details text box
- Click on the Create button
- To add/modify the Additional virtual meeting details after the meeting has been created:
- Go to the Location tab
- Enter the details manually in Additional virtual meeting details text box
- Click on the Apply button
Please note
- Information entered in this section is available on the meeting Overview tab to only registered participants.
