The OSD project team values your feedback and best-practice suggestions. Your insights help us continually improve our services and better meet user needs. To help us manage requests effectively, we kindly ask that feedback be reviewed within your committees or member organization before submission.

Providing feedback on the OSD

Committees and members may share feedback by completing the Feedback Form and sending it to helpdesk@iso.org with the subject line “OSD Feedback Submission”.

Instructions are included in the form.

All submissions are carefully documented and reviewed for consideration in future releases. While we cannot guarantee if or when specific enhancements will be implemented, our release notes will keep you informed of the latest updates.
