Start a new conversation
Please note
We strongly recommend starting a new conversation if you have a new topic to discuss with the ISO Companion. This will improve its understanding of the context for your questions.
To start a new conversation, from the main menu, click the New Chat button.

Please note
Starting a new conversation will automatically save the previous discussion so you can get back to it at a further point in time.
Access previous conversations
To access your previous conversations, from the main menu:
- Click the Menu (hamburger button) icon. A side panel will appear.
- From the new side panel, in the bottom section area, the list of previous conversations appears under the History section.



Please note
The name of previous conversations is automatically generated and cannot be renamed.
Organize conversations
Organize your previous conversations with folders to organize them by topics (e.g. working group, specific subject or by ISO application) and easily continue your exchanges further.
To move a previous conversation to a folder:
- From the top left corner, click the hamburger menu (☰).
- From the History section, click on New Folder to create your first folder.
- To move an existing conversation to your newly created folder, click on the 3 dots menu (⋮) to the right of a previous conversation and select Move to folder.

Delete conversations
To access your previous conversations: from the main menu:
- Click the Menu (hamburger button) icon. A side panel will appear.
- From the new side panel, in the bottom section area, the list of previous conversations appears under the History section.
- On the line corresponding to the conversation to be delete, from the top right of the line, click on Delete selected icon OR from the top of the History area, click on the Delete Selected button.
- Confirm deletion

Please note
The current conversation cannot be deleted without changing to another conversation first

Deleted conversations cannot be retrieved
