All meeting and participants information is exportable.

Reports Description Available to:
Overall planning
This report is available for committee meetings only (i.e. TC or SC meetings with related meeting).
The report shows when each meeting is taking place during the duration of the committee meeting

Export attendance list
The attendance list is the official list that is circulated during the meeting to all participants for signature. It contains all the "confirmed" participant.
Only available when the meeting is open

Final attendance list Only available when the meeting is closed. This is the offical list of attendance which can be uploaded to ISO Documents

Reports for the organizing committee

For committee meetings, the reports of the organizing committee includes data (participants/guests/social events) for its own meeting as well as all related meetings.

Attendance list

The attendance list to be circulated at the meeting (signing sheet) is downloadable in .pdf format from the meeting details page. The attendance list is sorted by country of origin.


For onsite/virtual meetings, the type of attendance (virtual or onsite) is mentioned in the signature column. "Don't Know" means that the participant has not specified how he/she will attend the meeting. In this case, the committee officer should contact the participant and ask him/her to specify how he/she will attend the meeting (virtually or physically).
