Reports for the organizing committee

For committee meetings, the reports of the organizing committee includes data (participants/guests/social events) for its own meeting as well as all related meetings.

Attendance list

The attendance list to be circulated at the meeting (signing sheet) is downloadable in .pdf format from the meeting details page. The attendance list is sorted by country of origin.

For Hybrid meetings, the type of attendance (Virtual or Face-to-Face) is mentioned in the signature column. "Don't Know" means that the participant has not specified how he/she will attend the meeting. In this case, the committee officer should contact the participant and ask him/her to specify how he/she will attend the meeting (virtually or physically).
