Maintain NSB profile information

Maintain NSB organization details and copyright statements in the NSB Profile so that the information can be used when National OSD documents are created.

Permissions

NSB Profile information is maintained by users with the appropriate NPP administrative role (such as NSB's user administrator). Other users should not be able to modify this configuration.

Maintain Organization and address information

The NSB Profile can store organization and publisher information that is used in the corresponding metadata of National OSD documents.

Depending on your configuration, this can include:

• Name
• Abbreviation
• Address
• City
• ZIP / Postal code
• Country
• URL
• Email
• Phone
• Fax

To maintain and view the NSB profile information:

1. From the National Projects Portal, click on NSB Profile from the navigation menu
2. Enter or update the organization and address information.
3. Click on the Save button.

Maintain copyright statements

You can maintain multiple copyright statements, for example when different statements are required for different languages.

1. From the National Projects Portal, click on NSB Profile from the navigation menu
2. Go to the Copyright statments section:
3. Click on the + Add button
4. Select the applicable language
5. Enter the Copyright statement, Copyright holder, and Copyright year information
6. Repeat steps 3 - 5 as required for additional statements.
7. Click on the Delete icon next to a statement, to remove a statement that is no longer needed.
8. Click on the Save button.

Use copyright information in a project

Copyright statements are available for selection in the Project Creation Form depending on the language selected for the national standard. After selecting the National standard language, select the appropriate Copyright statement for the project.
