GD reports & exports

IMPORTANT:
In line with new data-protection and data-minimization requirements, some reports and exports have been removed from the Global Directory.
- All data remains available either via Home or the Member Dashboard
- the list of User administrators of GD is no longer available for download. To contact an User Administrator of another National Standard Body, please contact helpdesk@iso.org.
- Experts can contact their User Administrator directly from Home. More information is available here: Contact person administrating your account
GD reports
Three predefined reports allow User Administrators to extract specific information from the GD for data quality checking purposes:
- Users administrated by an organization: lists of all users (active and inactive) that are administrated by your organization.
- National committee mappings: List of all mappings for national committees
- All national administrated organizations: List of all national administrated organizations
You can access the reports section from the GD home page.

To open the report's generation page, click on the report's name, either from the List of reports or select it directly from the Quick links.
Select the Organization then click Generate Excel file.


Please note
If your internet browser asks you to Open or Save/Download the file, it is recommended to always select Save/Download in order to avoid any error message.
Export search results
Global Directory search results for committee and organization can be exported to Microsoft XLSX format from the left menu.
Please note:
In line with new data-protection and data-minimization requirements, the search results for person can no longer be exported.
The list of your experts and related roles is available via the Member Dashboard

Export an entity profile
If your organization administrate the entity profile, you can export all the roles related to the entity directly from the profile window (person, organization or committee) using the down arrow button in the summary banner.
