Use QR codes
In Documents, the committee officers can now publish documents with a QR code in the coverpage that allows user to find easily the original digital version of the shared/printed document.
To do this, just scan the QR code located in the coverpage of a document issued from Documents and open the associated URL. This will take you to the digital version of the document in Documents. QR code scanner application are available from most smart phones devices (on iOS you may for example use the camera app and point it to the QR code)
