Manage tags for comments

What is a tag and when should I use it?

Tags can be assigned to comments to better filter and group comments before comment resolution

It is possible to assign one or many tag(s) to a single comment.

Create tag(s) and assign comment(s) to tag

Go to the Comments tab in  the Comment Dashboard,  select the comments to be added to a tag and click on the dropdown menu Add/remove tags. Either select an existing tag or create a new one.

A tag can be added or remove directly from the comment card:

To remove a tag from comments, select one or more comment. From the Tags dropdown menu, untick the tag

Edit or delete tag(s)

In the Tags tab,  click on the tag you want to modify/delete and choose the action as appropriate.
