Specificities for online documents
One of the advantage of developing a standard on OSD, is that when submitting an online draft it is no longer required to provide the reference copy (.pdf), the revisable file (.doc, .docx) and graphics.
Step by step guidance on how to submit your project and any additional files (like the explanatory report) in Submission interface can be found here.
IMPORTANT:
- The reference document is the Online Document. If you provide via Submission Interface a Word or PDF file that differ from the Online Document, your submission will be rejected.
- Since October 1st, 2024 the asset library is the master source of images.
ISOCS will process the online document to create a clean Word and PDF version which will be made available to members via ISO Projects.
Your submission will be rejected if:
- The online document contains track changes
- The online document contains unresolved comments
- You provide a Word or PDF document of your draft in the submission
