Mark participant as "not attended"

This article is relevant for:

Permission level: Meeting organizer

Mark participant as "not attended"

All confirmed participants will automatically have their status set to Attended when the meeting start date is reached (meeting status = Ongoing). The Meeting Organizer can then change the status (during or after the meeting) to Not Attended according to the signed attendance list. The aim is to have a complete attendance list in ISO Meetings with the final attendance. The Meeting Organizer has the option to add a comment to explain why a participant has not attended (e.g. excused or not excused)

To set the status of one participant to "Not Attended":

  • click on the 3 dots menu of the participant
  • select Not Attended
  • the status will automatically update to show Not Attended

Participation by correspondence to ISO Meetings

National Bodies participating by correspondence shall provide written comments only about items of the agenda but not indicate voting positions and at the latest 2 weeks before the meeting (ISO/IEC Directives, Part 1).

National Bodies registered with a participation by correspondence not having submitted their comments to the committee manager should be marked as not attended.

To set the status of multiple participants as "Not Attended"

  • Click on the "Manage attendance" button
  • Unselect the tick box from the relevant participants
  • Their status will change to "Not Attended" when hovering over their form
