Create and manage folders

Users with Documents Manager permission level
Create folder
Open the folder in which you wish to create the folder, then click on the + DOCUMENT icon from the left-hand menu.
Please note
If the + DOCUMENT icon is not visible, it means you do not have sufficient permissions to create documents in that folder. Note that documents cannot be uploaded from the Dashboard page. For more information on Permissions, please refer to the relevant article link at the bottom of this article.
Select FOLDER and fill in the metadata.
Rename folder
Open the folder and from the top right press the Edit metadata button. Update the name of the folder and press the SAVE button.
Delete folder
Open the folder and from the top right press the Delete button. A confirmation message will popup.
