ISO meetings user: How to use the Help Beacon

As a ISO meetings user, you have access to the ISO Help Beacon when you are within the ISO working area.

  1. The Help Beacon is a question mark icon that can be found on the bottom left-hand corner of the meetings applications.
  2. The Answers tab in the Beacon contains knowledge articles that will address your ‘how to’ and ‘why’ queries regarding the application.
      • You can search for support articles in this tab
      • You can read the articles within the beacon box or click on the article title to read it on the knowledgebase directly
  3. If you cannot find what you are looking for, you can reach the ISO Helpdesk via the Ask tab in the Beacon.

Please note

These support articles available via the Help Beacon were created keeping in mind ISO specific features, functionalities, rules, and regulations.

You can see the ISO Help Beacon, when you are within the ISO working area only. If you modify your scope, you will view:

  • The working area-neutral Help Beacon, when you select no scope
  • The CEN Help Beacon, when you have selected CEN as the working area
  • The ISOlutions Help Beacon*, when you have selected your NSB as the working area.*National meetings will be available to you only if your NSB has already been onboarded into the new ISOlutions national meetings platform.

To read more about Scope selection in the meetings application, please read the article: Navigating across ISO or CEN meetings.
