Change meeting period and location

Change meeting period
From the meeting overview page, click on Edit in the period window:
Change meeting location
From the meeting overview page, click on Edit in the location window:
To amend the meeting period and/or location once your meeting is Confirmed, you need to un-confirm the meeting. The meeting will move back to status Proposed. Make your necessary changes and confirm the meeting again.
Please note:
The virtual location can be modified at any time before the meeting start and the physical location can be amended as long as it remains in the same city.
