Export comments and/or resolutions with replies
To export comments and/or their resolutions along with the replies that other commenters have added, go to the Tools menu, click on Other actions, and then from the Comments menu, select Export comments with replies. An excel file containing all the comments, unresolved comments, and resolved comments (along with the replies for each comment) will be downloaded.
Export comments and/or resolutions without replies
To export comments and/or their resolutions without the replies that other commenters have added, go to the Tools menu, click on Other actions, and then from the Comments menu, select Export comments without replies. An excel file containing all the comments, unresolved comments, and resolved comments will be downloaded.
Export resolutions file
It is possible to export resolutions in the standard commenting file template during stage 20.60 and 30.60 of the project. Go to the Tools menu, click on Other actions, and then from the Comments menu, , and then click on Export resolutions file
Export national comments
Voters can exports national comments in a file for drafts in stage 30.20 only. To do so, click on Other actions, then from the Comments menu, select: Export national comments
