This process enables members to continue gathering national comments using the current ISO/IEC commenting template. Voter access the Online Document from the CD consultation or DIS ballot and download the Word version of the CD/DIS draft document. Voter save the Word document to pdf and disseminate the pdf document to national stakeholders using the member usual channel. National experts provide their comments in the ISO/IEC commenting template. Voter then upload the consolidated commenting file into the OSD platform and submit the comments to ISO.

1 Voter access CD consultation/DIS ballot to retrieve CD/DIS draft document

As a voter, you are notified when a new CD consultation/DIS ballot opens. From the notification message, you can access the CD consultation/DIS ballot to retrieve the CD draft and related document in the reference documents section and disseminate the CD/DIS draft document to national stakeholders for commenting. When a project is developed online, the CD/DIS draft document is online and the document is accessible via a link called "Access online Document".

2 Voter downloads word document and saves it as pdf

5 Voter uploads the consolidated commenting file into the OSD platform

Voter  use the comment collation tool (CCT) to collate the comments into one file. Once this is done, voter uploads the consolidated commenting file into the OSD.

6 Voter move comments to right position in the clause and submit comments to ISO in the OSD platform
