Proposal stage (OSD)

Document workflow during Proposal stage

The Proposal stage includes 3 main stages: Drafting, commenting and comments resolution.

During the Commenting stage (10.20), the Leaders and all other roles have Read-only access to the document, except for the Liaison representatives and Voters who are invited to comment on the document

To better understand roles and their associated permissions, please refer to the article OSD permissions linked at the bottom of the page.

Unless, the Committee Manager has submitted to ISO/CS the eForm4 at stage 00.99 which creates automatically an New Work Item Proposal (NP) ballot. At stage 10.00, if there is no existing NP ballot, the Committee Manager can create it manually. The project stage will automatically move from 10.00 to 10.20 when the NP ballot opens.
