Most common reasons why you cannot register to a meeting
Various factors determine whether you can register to a meeting or not. These are the most common issue explaining why you cannot self-register to a meeting:

- However, if this is a one-off registration to this committee meeting and you do not intend to contribute to the committee's work after the meeting, please contact your Meeting Participant Approver (MPA). If you are unsure who your MPA is, please go back to the meeting page and from the top left, click on the three dots menu and then on "List of MC & MPA".

Why is my registration pending confirmation?
For face-to-face and hybrid WG meetings, the self-registrations for working group meetings submitted by experts after the registration deadline, will be marked with status Pending, until validated by a WG meeting organizer. A warning message explaining the same will be displayed to the participant.
Participants with registrations in Pending or Rejected status will be unable to register to social events, or view list of attendees.
Why can I not access the meeting documents?
Meeting documents are stored in the Documents platform. It is therefore required to have a role in the committee to access these documents. There can be several reasons for not being able to access the meeting documents:
- You have been registered by a Meeting Participant Approver (MPA) and have no role in the committee. The MPA is responsible for sharing the documents with you, please contact him/her directly.
- You have a role in the committee but no documents are listed:
- The meeting documents may not have been posted yet.
- The convenor, committee manager or secretary of the group may have not tagged the documents properly.
In both cases, please reach out to the meeting organizer (the convenor, committee manager or secretary of the group).
