Navigation, setting up project team, exporting
Please refer to the following articles from ISO/IEC OSD with respect to navigating the ISOlutions OSD editor, setting up a project team, and exporting content and comments during the authoring phase:
- Export comments and resolutions
- Export document in Word or HTML
- Setting up project team
- Visualization tools
- Navigation in Online standards document
Please note
- While the basic principles of how to perform the actions related to the above articles remain the same across ISO/IEC OSD and ISOlutions national OSD, the permissions regarding who can perform the actions may differ for the two solutions.
- For ISOlutions OSD, the permissions on which roles (Admin, Leader, Author, OSD Contributor, etc) can perform certain actions (such as exporting comments and resolutions, DOCx, PDF or XML, or add comments, reply to comments, resolve comments, etc.) are managed by each national standard body (NSB) for their users, using the OSD Tools application.
- Therefore for example, if only the admin role can export PDF for one NSB, for another NSB it is possible, this can be done by Author roles as well —> It will depend on the way the configuration is maintained by the NSB using OSD Tools.
